Based on factors like product dimension, weight, delivery, the order may fall into categories like -small, standard, oversize etc. and the marketplace charges shipping cost accordingly. Pick-Pack Overcharges

Carrier Damaged without Reimbursement
The marketplaces must reimburse the sellers against any damage that has occurred while the product was being transported through their partnered carrier. But this does not happen. We help you with a report for the same, for which you can raise cases and claim reimbursement.
Replacement without Reimbursement

Commission Overcharged
This fee depends on the category that the product belongs to and is calculated using a percentage of each unit’s total price. Products in certain categories have a per-item minimum referral fee. We help you identify incorrectly charged commissions and provide data for the same.
Shipping Overcharged
Based on factors like product dimension, weight, delivery, the order may fall into categories like -small, standard, oversize etc. and the marketplace charges shipping cost accordingly. We help you reconcile overcharged shipping fees if the marketplace has wrongly classified the item and hence charges you incorrectly.
Pick-Pack Overcharges
This includes the cost of physically retrieving the item, packaging it and shipping it. We provide the report for all such orders for which wrong dimensions captured by the marketplace, hence the incorrect charges.
Inventory Missing without Reimbursement
The marketplace refunds the buyer and the inventory is not returned to fulfillment center. For the same unit, the seller deserves reimbursement as the item has not been returned to him. We help you with real-time data for the orders against which a return has been created.
Carrier Damaged without Reimbursement
The marketplaces must reimburse the sellers against any damage that has occurred while the product was being transported through their partnered carrier. But this does not happen. We help you with a report for the same, for which you can raise cases and claim reimbursement.
Replacement without Reimbursement
The seller may not have received payment for all items dispatched as part of an order or for replacement order made by customer or both. We record all such transactions and provides a report for such orders against which the seller has received less or no payment.
